Shipping

   All orders within Canada and USA receive free shipping. All orders will be packaged and shipped within 48 hours of placement. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for your items to arrive. All orders are accompanied by a tracking number to ensure a timely and safe arrival to our customers. Fables is not responsible for any customs delays, extra costs, duties, or taxes beyond the original purchase transaction from our site.

   All global orders outside of Canada and the continental USA will receive free shipping when order placed is above $500 CAD. Any orders under $500 CAD will be subject to a flat rate fee. The flat rate fee for your order is based upon the shipping address provided at checkout. The rates for your continent are listed below and will be in addition to the coat of your items. All orders will be packaged and shipped within 48 hours of placement. Please allow 21 to 30 business days for your items to arrive.  All orders are accompanied by a tracking number to ensure a timely and safe arrival to our customers. Fables is not responsible for any customs delays, extra costs, duties, or taxes beyond the original purchase transaction from our site.

   All deliveries are made in partnership with Canada Post and their delivery policies.

Refunds/Returns  

   If you are not happy with the goods you have received, please contact our customer service team within 14 day days from order to request a refund. Please email hello@fableslifestyle.com and include:

  • Order number
  • Name the order was made with
  • Email address the order was made with
  • Your request

   Articles must be unworn, unused, and in a new condition with all original tags attached. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for items bought at a reduced or sale price.

   We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer. The customer is responsible for shipping returns, all shipping costs for the return will be at the customer’s expense.

   Once we receive the item, you will be refunded within 5 - 7 business days to the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take longer to appear in your account, depending on your credit card issuer. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. When we process the refund, we will return the price stated on our website at the time of the purchase, we will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. Please note that return processing will be handle as soon as possible.

   You may use any postal service at your own risk, Fables cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service and items are well packaged.

   Orders returned to us without a return authorization may face delays in processing. Fables reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.

 

Exchanges

   If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our client service team within 14 day days from order. Please email hello@fableslifestyle.com include:

  • Your request

   All exchanged goods must be in alignment with our Refunds/Returns requirements. An exchange will be approved and processed only after receiving the article in unworn, unused, new condition with all original tags attached. You will be notified of approval for exchange and responsible for payment of any further shipping and packaging costs.



Faulty Items

   If any items are damaged, defective or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days from order. We display photos of our products on our website for guidance only - minor differences between the photograph and the received product do not count as defects.

Cancelling/Cancelled Orders

   If you would like to check if it’s possible to cancel your order, please email hello@fableslifestyle.com and include:

We have the right to cancel and refund orders that abuse any of our above terms & conditions. We also have the right not process orders that are suspected of fraudulent interaction or providing mis-information on the Fableslifestyle.com store.
